Refund, Returns, and Exchanges Policy

Refund Policy:

Customers who cancel orders will receive a full refund prior to the product being shipped. We will issue refunds to customers within 3 business days.

Once the product has been shipped, customers who cancel their orders must take receipt of the product. Upon receiving the returned product, we will issue a refund to the customer within 3 business days. Please note that if the product does not have any quality issues, the customer is responsible for covering the round-trip shipping costs. We will cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges resulting from quality issues.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction is our long-term goal. Once your package arrives, we strongly recommend that you open it and verify that the items meet your needs. Before returning an item, please do not remove the tags; the item must be kept in new or unused condition, exactly as it was originally received.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund within 30 calendar days of receipt. Please keep the items you wish to return or exchange in new condition. Most returns can be processed within 2 to 7 business days of receiving your package.

Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. A new product may be exchanged for a different product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The product is in its original packaging.
The product is unused and undamaged.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Please send an email to service@lylabebe.com before initiating a return; we will provide you with our return address. We do not accept return packages sent without prior notification.

Please ship the product along with the packing slip, which must include your order number and the product SKU. A return tracking number is required. We will handle the exchange or refund of the product upon receipt of the returned package.

If the return is approved, we will respond to you within 1–2 business days.

We will refund your money to your original payment account within 7 to 10 business days following the receipt and confirmation of your returned package. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
